SCA Systems began
trading in 1979 as a partnership, specializing in the supply of software solutions to the Leisure
Industry.
The company became incorporated in 1982, during which time
its activities were expanded to include the supply and
maintenance of computer hardware throughout the UK. During
the course of the decade, SCA became the leading supplier of
bespoke machine management systems to breweries and their
suppliers, and to date have over 100 installations,
including many Public Limited Companies.
As demand for multi-user
systems rose during this period, SCA built up an
organisation to support network systems nationally, it was
decided to offer this experience in the local area. This was
achieved in 1992 by relocating to Broadwater premises, and
the acquisition of a long established Worthing company,
Small Business Computers. The combined strength of the two
companies now provides Novell,
Microsoft Windows and
Windows
Server based solutions
throughout the South and the continued support of all
applications packages. SCA Systems are also one of the few
authorized Sage Solutions Centres in the South East of
England.
